Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of £50 (£30 for less than 4 nights) per person per week is required to confirm the booking
Once you receive your confirmation you have entered into a legally binding contract. If, for whatever reason, you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
- upto 30 days before arrival date: deposit only
- 30 to 7 days before arrival date: deposit plus 50% of balance
- within 7 days of arrival date: deposit plus full balance
We strongly recommend you to take out holiday insurance which will cover you if you are unable to holiday with us.
The Winchester is a non-smoking establishment - it is against the law to smoke in any part of the building. Any guest who smokes in the premises will be asked to leave, no deposit will be refunded. We as proprietors reserve the right to levy a £50 charge for materials and labour to clean the area and additional charges for any damage caused.
